Smartwatch or ring? The WatchCheck complements the Battery Check with existing trends on recovery, sleep, heart rate and strain. We look at trends, not isolated numbers.

What you get

We read the visible values and trends from your screenshots and put them into context with your information. After submitting, you first receive a confirmation; your written WatchCheck evaluation follows separately by email. You can then discuss it with us personally if you wish.

You do not need to copy the values: for the evaluation we read the visible values and trends directly from your screenshots. Ideally upload 3–4 trend views, preferably covering 4 weeks.

Max. 7 MB per image. JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC/HEIF. Unreadable or missing values are not guessed.

Height and weight help interpret manufacturer-dependent fitness values and your personal context. They are not assessed in isolation.

Privacy & consent

For the personal evaluation we process personal and partly health-related information and, if uploaded, screenshots from your wearable app. The data is used only for personal evaluation and consultation.

Recipients: Your entries and screenshots are sent internally to info@am-smart.life and info@medientechnik-david.de via Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph. We send a copy of your submitted information, including your uploaded screenshots, directly to your email address as baseline documentation. After the review, you also receive your personal WatchCheck evaluation by email.

Purpose and legal basis
Processing takes place for personal evaluation and consultation on the basis of your explicit consent. Health data is processed only on the basis of this explicit consent.

Storage
The information and files sent by email are retained only as long as necessary for evaluation, communication and any applicable legal obligations.

Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

After submitting, you receive your submitted information and screenshots by email as baseline documentation. Your written evaluation follows separately; you can then contact us directly for questions or a personal consultation.
