Technology meets SmartLife.
I am interested in how things work - and especially in how they can be made clearer, more reliable and genuinely useful. My path runs from electronics and media technology through IT, technical service and troubleshooting to quality diagnostics. This technical and analytical perspective also shapes my part of A&M SmartLife.

For me, technology is not a single discipline but a way of thinking: look closely, narrow down causes, connect information and turn it into a solution that works in practice. That thread runs through my vocational training, technical service, self-employment and my current work in quality diagnostics.
Diagnostics & quality
Failure analysis, troubleshooting, technical investigations, return and service data, traceability and collaboration across service, quality and engineering functions are part of my current professional work.
Digital solutions
I use websites, digital checks, small web tools, automation and AI-assisted workflows when they simplify processes, structure information or make something easier for people to use.
Medientechnik David
Hands-on technical work with end-to-end responsibility.
Since 2010 I have also worked independently through Medientechnik David, covering technical consulting, media technology, satellite and cable systems, networks, IT-related service, troubleshooting and direct customer responsibility.
The business has been registered with the Düsseldorf Chamber of Skilled Crafts as an information technology craft business since 2011; since 2016 it has also held an authorisation to practise the electrical engineering trade.

Digitalisation & AI
Technology does not stop at the device.
With A&M SmartLife and in my own projects I also explore how digital tools can provide practical support. This includes websites, structured information journeys, web tools, automation and AI-assisted workflows.
The benchmark is the same as with traditional technology: a tool is useful only if it solves a real problem and remains understandable for the person using it.

A&M SmartLife
SmartLife broadens the perspective.
Together with Angela, A&M SmartLife has grown into a platform that brings together vitality, sport, travel, personal guidance, technology and digital solutions. We do not try to force everything into one topic; we connect the areas where they genuinely meet in everyday life.
FitLine and PM-International are part of our own SmartLife experience and our vitality area. On A&M SmartLife we share information and personal experience in the appropriate context - without making every conversation start with a product.
More than a professional profile
Technology, everyday life and new perspectives.
Travel is also part of SmartLife for me: discovering places, collecting experiences and consciously creating time away from the everyday. I like good preparation here too - but not so much planning that the experience itself gets lost.
That is the connection between the topics for me: understand what is actually needed, select useful options and turn them into something that works in real life.

What does Quality Diagnostics mean in my work?
It involves technical investigation and assessment of failure patterns and product returns, structured findings and connecting diagnostic, service and quality information. My formal current title is Quality Technician - Diagnosis Europe.
